Is the consultation really free?

Yes — the discovery call, the in-home measurement, and your 3D design reveal are all included at no cost and no obligation. You only commit when you approve the design.

Do I have to come to the showroom?

The 3D Design Reveal happens at our Tremont Center showroom so you can touch the real finishes and hardware while we walk through your design — most clients say it's the best part of the process.

A short call to understand the room, the wardrobe, and the timeline. No pressure, no script — we either fit, or we'll tell you who does.

Have a few photos of the space and a rough budget range ready — that's all we need to point you to the right product line and book the next step.

In-Home Measurement (free)

A designer comes to your home, measures to the inch, talks through your routine, and reviews finish samples in your light.

What to bring

Nothing — we bring the tape, the laser, and the finish samples. Plan on about an hour so we can really see how you use the room.

You see your closet in 3D at our Tremont Center showroom — every drawer, rod, mirror, and finish — before anything is cut.

What to bring

Bring whoever shares the closet. Revisions happen on the spot at the showroom — we re-render and re-quote in real time so you leave with a design you both love.

Our in-house craftsmen install — most projects finish in a day or two, with one of the owners on-site from start to finish.

What to bring

Clear the space the night before. We handle the rest — drop cloths, vacuum, haul-away, and a final walk-through before we leave.
