Services
Cap City Closets (a brand of Buckeye Interior Design) designs and installs custom storage systems across Central Ohio, including:
- Custom reach-in and walk-in closets
- Custom pantries
- Garage storage systems
- Home offices and built-ins
- Mudrooms and laundry rooms
Specific services, materials, warranties, and pricing are outlined in your individual project agreement and scope-of-work documents.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when requesting a consultation
- Grant site access for measurements and installation
- Communicate openly about project goals and constraints
- Pay for services as agreed in your project agreement
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number through our website forms or by replying to our messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Cap City Closets, including responses to inquiries, appointment scheduling, project updates, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS messaging program.

Warranty
Cap City Closets provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on panels, shelving structure, hardware, and workmanship as long as the original owner owns the home, plus 2-year labor coverage. Full warranty terms are outlined in your project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
We provide services in accordance with industry standards and our scope-of-work agreements. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question, except where prohibited by Ohio law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, photography, video, logos, and design — is owned by Buckeye Interior Design or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
